The Sigma Series 4 NEX Tile Cutter is the latest professional manual tile cutter from SigmaItalia.The Series 4 NEX is a push action tile cutter which produces deep scoring with minimal effort which is perfect for rough, thick and large tiles.Featuring a newly designed ergonomic handle, specific for push engraving and a 16 mm diameter engraving wheel which is always clearly visible on the operator side and equipped with double suspension for the cushioned engraving of structured tiles. The engraving wheel rotates on a roller bearing, guided laterally by an anti-friction metal shell inserted in a CNC milled housing, to avoid friction and lateral wear.The 120mm wide splitting foot has interchangeable anti-mark protection and the sliding carriage is wear-free, thanks to maintenance free 3 double-row ball bearings that guarantee precision over time.An automatic system keeps the handle raised to facilitate the insertion of the tile and an automatic steel compensator adjusts the carriage sliding preload on the guide.Once the insertion has been made, the tile is split by pushing down on the handle and then simply lifted to allow the splitting foot to rotate automatically.The front protection rubber absorbs the impact during the engraving in order not to damage the column of the base.

Sigma 8AE2 KERA CUT EXT
Developed in conjunction with tile manufactures, the KERA-Cut has the ability to score tiles up to 3320mm in length, which are the snapped using snapping pliers (included).
The 1610mm rail can be extended by adding an extra length of 1710mm or 500mm (available seperatly) making a total cutting length of either 3220mm or 3720mm
The rail can be attached either by suckers on smooth surfaces (Included), or by using end brackets on rough and porous surfaces (Included).
The scoring wheel slider runs on Nylon rollers mounted on Steel bearings on the hardened rail for smooth precise cuts.
